I recently had my floors sanded and sealed by this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional and paid great attention to detail. This company popped up on my phone ads, I read the reviews, and since I was in the market to have carpet and wood floor work done, I called them and Eddie arrived the next day and cleaned my carpeting with great care and extra attention given with sprays to deeper soiled areas. I was more than pleased with the result. Two days later he returned to tackle my hardwood floors in living/dining rooms, two 8x10 rugs in both rooms and deep-clean my Saltillo tile floors in kitchen and bathroom. I watched him during all of the two days and the transformations were beyond excellent. He then sealed the tile floors to a brilliant shine like I've never seen on them before. The rugs were shampooed in the driveway and dried quickly; all stains were completely removed. With my assistance, we moved all the furniture from the l.r. and d.r. outside, and thereafter the wood floors were cleaned and shined to a brilliant shine like I've never seen in 31 years in this house. We got the furniture back in place and I couldn't be happier. Eddie's professionalism and great personality all added up to a stellar experience. His pricing I felt was more than reasonable compared to a national company I'd used before. I would definitely recommend MPCS and I now have them in my Contacts on my phone going forward.

Heriberto and his colleague are the BEST! These guys won’t stop until you are satisfied. And they work with a smiley face! They cleaned my patio porcelain tiles which had a lot of grout haze due to a bad tile installation job. They got 95 per cent of the haze out which I thought was not possible. I am so happy to see my original tiles now. I surely recommend them to all! Also best prices in the market.

HIGHLY recommend using this family-owned business. We called them to clean our cream/white 4-piece couch because it had multiple dog pee stains. Making the appointment was extremely easy and the price was SUPER affordable. Eddie is who we had the most contact with as he is the one who showed up to clean our couch (house call) and he did not disappoint with his customer service skills. He was extremely helpful regarding helpful tips and guidance on post couch care. From start to finish, Eddie ensured we were happy with the results. All of this to say, our couch looks brand new again & I will confidently refer this business to my family & friends.
